Agreement

By using DosedWise (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Acceptable use

• Use the Site for personal, non-commercial research into supplement choices.
• Do not scrape, mass-download, or republish our content, scoring, or methodology without written permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the Site, probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure, or use the Site to violate any law.

Editorial independence and affiliate disclosure

DosedWise earns affiliate commissions when readers purchase through links on this site. Commissions never influence our scoring. Every article that contains affiliate links carries a clear disclosure at the top. See our Disclaimer for full language.

No medical advice

DosedWise is an editorial product. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, especially if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products and ingredients we describe are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Accuracy and re-audits

We score supplements based on publicly available labels, peer-reviewed studies, NIH ODS data, and the Reddit Intelligence Layer described in our methodology. Brands reformulate. Studies update. We re-audit every six months minimum, and on reformulation. The site is current as of the “last reviewed” date on each page.

User submissions

If you email us with audit requests, corrections, or comments, you grant DosedWise a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for editorial purposes. We will not publish your name without permission.

Intellectual property

The DosedWise name, logo, EDE Score, CPED metric, Proprietary Blend Unlocker, scoring rubric, methodology document, article copy, product imagery, and editorial code are the property of DosedWise. All rights reserved unless explicitly licensed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DosedWise and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including any decisions you make about supplements, dosing, or health based on content you read here. The Site is provided on an “as is” basis.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DosedWise against any claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our practices materially change. The effective date at the top of this page is the source of truth. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
