Peptide reconstitution calculators
DosedWise does the arithmetic. You supply every value.
The same idea that runs the supplement audits, measurement clarity over marketing, applies here. A reconstitution calculator takes the numbers you enter and works out the concentration and the volume that sits on the syringe. It does not decide anything for you, and it holds no view on what you should take.
The calculators are free. They run on your inputs alone.
What a reconstitution calculator does
Reconstitution is the step where a dry powder is mixed with a liquid so it can be drawn into a syringe. The calculator does the arithmetic around that step. It uses only the values you type in. No numerical value is assumed, looked up, or filled in on your behalf. Change an input and the output changes with it.
How the calculation works
Two inputs determine the concentration, and they are not the same quantity:
- Vial amount is how much of the compound is in the vial, a mass, usually stated in milligrams or micrograms.
- Added liquid is how much liquid you draw into the vial to dissolve that powder, a volume, usually in millilitres.
Concentration is derived by dividing the vial amount by the added liquid, giving an amount per unit of volume, for example milligrams per millilitre. It is a direct consequence of your two inputs and nothing else.
Concentration is not the same as the amount you select. Concentration describes the whole mixed vial: how much compound is in each millilitre. The amount you select is the quantity you choose to draw for a single measurement. The calculator converts the amount you selected into a volume by dividing it by the concentration, and that volume is what you would see on the syringe. You choose the amount; the calculator only converts it.
The syringe visualization
The result is shown on a picture of a syringe. Two things change how that picture reads:
- Syringe type determines the total capacity being drawn, so the same volume fills a different fraction of the barrel.
- Syringe scale determines the units printed on the barrel (for example insulin units versus millilitres), which changes the numbers you read off, not the volume itself.
The visual syringe represents where the measurement lands on the barrel for the values you entered. It is a representation of the arithmetic, drawn so you can cross-check it against a real syringe. It is not a reading taken from any physical device.
What the calculator does not do
- It does not decide what you should take. It has no opinion on compound, amount, frequency, or timing.
- It does not save your calculations, keep a calculation history, or set reminders. It calculates and shows a result.
- It does not source, sell, or endorse any compound, and DosedWise takes no money from anyone who does.
- It is not medical advice. Verify every input and every measurement yourself, and speak to a licensed clinician about your own situation.
Available calculators
A general calculator handles any reconstitution from the two inputs above. Each dedicated page uses the same calculator with the compound name already entered in the optional name field. That field is only a label and does not enter the calculation. Every numerical value is still entered by the user. Compound names appear only to identify the calculator pages that exist; their presence is not a recommendation to use them.

DosedWise performs user-directed arithmetic on the values you supply. The calculator does not determine what anyone should take, and its output is not medical advice. You are responsible for verifying your inputs and measurements. If you feel unwell, stop and seek medical care.
