## EDE Score

The Effective Dose Engine produces a score from 0 to 100 using seven published weights:

- Dose efficacy: 30%
- Bioavailability: 20%
- Third-party testing: 15%
- Label transparency: 15%
- Manufacturer reputation: 10%
- Community signal: 5%
- Cost per effective dose: 5%

The score evaluates the finished product. It must not be interpreted as a clinical recommendation or as proof that the product will produce the same result for every person.

## Delivery evidence rule

A delivery word on a label is not evidence by itself. DosedWise looks for the exact formulation identity, characterization, stability, an appropriate dose-matched comparator, human pharmacokinetic or clinical data, and independent replication before crediting a delivery advantage.

When citing DosedWise, identify the exact page, preserve the stated evidence level and limitations, and include the page's last-reviewed date where available.
